Order Tracking & Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched using fully tracked delivery services. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier handling your delivery.
If your order is sent via Evri (either 48-Hour Tracked or Next Day), you will receive tracking updates by email and/or SMS, along with a 16-digit tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey on the Evri website.
For orders sent via DPD Express, you will receive delivery notifications by email and SMS, including a 1-hour delivery window and live tracking on the day of delivery. You’ll also be able to manage your delivery preferences through the DPD app or website.
You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging in or creating an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, with most parcels despatched same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched the next working day.
Once your order has been despatched, delivery timeframes are as follows:
Evri 48-Hour Tracked
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days from despatch. You’ll receive email and/or SMS tracking updates directly from Evri.
Evri Next Day
Estimated delivery within 1 working day from despatch. Orders placed before 1pm are typically delivered the following day. Tracking information will be provided by Evri.
DPD Express
Next-day delivery from despatch, including Saturday and Sunday deliveries in many areas. You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery window by SMS and email on the day of delivery, along with full live tracking.
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak periods or for remote locations. Full tracking is available with every service.
