Finding the right fit is essential to comfort, but many people don’t realize they may be wearing the wrong shoe size. In fact, nearly half of us wear shoes that don’t fit quite right, which can lead to discomfort and other issues. At Padders, we’re here to help, offering a wide range of widths, from E to 6E for women and F to K for men, so you can find a size that truly fits.
To measure at home, simply follow these steps:
- Length: Place your heel against a wall and measure to the tip of your longest toe using a ruler or tape measure, noting the length in millimeters. Use the measurement of your longer foot to find your ideal size.
2. Width: Stand on a firm surface, wrap a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your foot (near the big and little toe joints), and record the width in millimeters. Again, choose the measurement from your wider foot for the most accurate fit.
